pool party!

we went to the community water park for a pool party the other night. the weather was perfect and the boys had a great time. miles was a fan of the water and loved watching all of the fountains and splashing. ethan, on the other hand, was quite a bit more timid and stood mostly on the edge of the pool occasionally getting his feet wet. he still had fun though, that is what counts and it saved me from having to get in the cold water too - big plus! we had hot dogs, chips and for dessert, snow cones. even miles got in on that and was quite excited about it. he kept opening his mouth like a little bird and would get upset if lance didn't get it to him fast enough.
