new. wait, it shouldn't be like that right? but i think that is what we decided to try for a few weeks or so. ethan has been doing great at part of potty training, but not all of it. so after some long discussions between lance and i, we are going back to diapers. we started potty training back in early february and ethan caught on pretty quickly and we thought we were doing great. but he just hasn't progressed and it even seems like he has been having more accidents the past few weeks. i feel like a lot of it is because i have been frustrated and maybe he feels that. at any rate, it was too much and i think we all needed a break. we have big plans at the end of this month to attempt the 3-day potty training method. hopefully, since we were already halfway there we'll have some success with it. but right now i am going to enjoy a few weeks where i am not constantly following ethan around and changing messy undies. give me diapers any day!
