style file: wild side

it is no secret that i LOVE animal print.  i prefer leopard above all, but also a fan of cheetah, giraffe (for accessories only) and snakeskin.  zebra doesn't quite do it for me, could be that around here there seems to be a trend towards outfitting your entire girl's bedroom suite in zebra print and purple velvet and lace.  i don't think there is anything wrong with zebra print and i did carry a wallet in it, but there is just too much of it and it is too overdone for me right now.  

i love that snakeskin is everywhere now!  the hubby actually hunted rattlesnakes several years ago and has some skins that i can have made into whatever, but just haven't made the leap yet.  thinking maybe small envelope clutch.

today's outfit was all about snakeskin.  i love pencil skirts.  i love them even more in fun prints!  i think you can get away with more on pencil skirts because of the polished silhouette and their length.
